A unified inventory for residential and commercial listings: each property carries its REGA reference, ownership documents, media, and live status. Brokers publish, edit and syndicate from one place, with validation that blocks incomplete or non-compliant listings before they go live.

The heart of the platform: an event-sourced bidding and reservation engine where thousands of bids settle in real time without a single double-booking. Every bid, hold and award is an immutable event, giving a complete, auditable trail and instant rollback safety.

When a bid wins, the platform generates the contract, routes it for e-signature, and pushes the tenancy to Ejar, no re-keying, no parallel spreadsheets. KYC, ownership and disclosure checks are wired into the flow so nothing reaches signature without the required documents.

Listings, bids and demand are rendered on a real-time map backed by National Address and GIS layers. Brokers and buyers see availability, price bands and activity by district, and the team reads spatial analytics to spot demand before it peaks.
