Privacy Policy

This policy explains how NX Solutions collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit nx.sa or engage our services. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and align with international standards such as the EU GDPR.

1. Who we are

NX Solutions ("NX", "we", "us") is a licensed Saudi limited liability company (CR 7053481185), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For the purposes of the PDPL we act as the data controller for personal data processed through this website, and as a processor for data we handle on behalf of clients under a separate agreement.

2. Data we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone, company, role, sector, and any details you submit through our "Start a project" form, contact form, or chat.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location, collected automatically.
  • Interaction data: heatmaps, session recordings and chat transcripts gathered by our analytics and support tools to improve the site and respond to enquiries.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the website. Please do not submit such data in free-text fields.

3. How we use your data & legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries and provide proposals and services (performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract).
  • To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests).
  • To send service communications you request (consent, withdrawable at any time).
  • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and for analytics. Third-party tools we use include Zoho SalesIQ (live chat & visitor tracking) and Zoho PageSense (heatmaps & session analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.

5. How we share data

We share personal data only with: (a) trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Zoho for CRM, support and analytics); (b) professional advisers; and (c) authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where they do, we rely on transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by the PDPL and its regulations to ensure an adequate level of protection.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to meet legal and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you have the right to: be informed about processing; access your data; request correction; request deletion; and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Saudi authority (SDAIA).

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege principles. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
