These terms govern your participation in the NX Partners program: how a client is credited to you, when your commission is earned, how it is paid, and what ends your participation. The figures below are read from the program settings in force.
By creating a partner account in the NX Solutions affiliate program (the “Program”) you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use referral links.
These terms govern your relationship with the Program only. Your use of the website is governed by our terms of use, and engaging NX as a client is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Joining is free and commits you to no sales minimum. Your account is created pending and does not work until the partnerships team approves it; we may decline an application without giving a reason.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secret, and for everything done through your account. One account per person or company; creating several is a breach.
You are an independent party — not an employee, agent or legal partner of NX — and you may not represent NX, contract on its behalf, or give any undertaking in its name.
A client is credited to you if they arrive through your referral link, or enter your code on a request form. For the link, a recorded click within the previous 60 days is required; a code entered on the form is itself the evidence.
If a request carries more than one code, the one entered on the form wins. Nothing is credited if the client’s email is your own (self-referral), or if your account was suspended or pending at the time of the request.
A request carrying no valid code is recorded as *direct* and earns no commission for anyone.
The base rate is 15% of the deal value and may differ by product or service; the rate in force for each product is shown to you in your dashboard.
Commission is not earned when a request arrives. It is earned when the NX team verifies that the client has paid and turns the request into an approved deal — at which point it is calculated, added to your balance automatically, and appears in your wallet.
We may reverse a posted commission if the contract is cancelled or refunded, or if the referral turns out to breach these terms. A reversal is an offsetting entry in your statement, never an erasure of it.
Commission covers the first deal arising from your referral, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The minimum withdrawal is SAR 1,000 and payouts run monthly. You request a withdrawal from your wallet, and NX transfers it to your bank account after review.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details (IBAN and account holder name) and for any tax or zakat obligation arising on what you receive. NX does not cover transfer fees charged by your own bank.
A pending balance — commission not yet approved — is not payable and is not a debt owed to you until it is approved.
Breaching any of the above allows us to suspend your account and void the commissions arising from the breach.
We process your personal data and that of the people you refer under our privacy policy and Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law.
What you can see about your referred clients is deliberately limited: their name, the state of their request, and your commission. Their contact details are not shown to you — they are NX client data, not yours.
Attribution relies on an identifier stored in the visitor’s browser and on a click log held on our servers with hashed IP addresses. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time.
We may change commission rates, the attribution window, the payout minimum, or any clause of these terms. No change applies retroactively to commission already earned.
You may leave the Program at any time, and so may we. On termination, commission earned before that date remains payable unless the termination was for a breach.
The Program is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any level of income, any number of referrals, or the continued availability of any product to promote. The figures in the earnings estimator are illustrative, not a promise.
In all circumstances, NX’s liability to you does not exceed the total commission earned by you in the twelve months preceding the event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
